SDD13: Resistance Training For Health

Learn the nuts and bolts of how to implement an effective strength training program with minimal time. Topics will include the physical benefits of weight training and it's role in weight management. In addition, the elements of a comprehensive resistance program designed to reap the rewards will be covered. You don't have to be well versed in weight training to start a program!
