Staff members are invited to attend to learn about the complaint and grievance process at ACC and what your rights are in these matters. Attorney Catherine Brown Fryer, is a partner in the Austin firm of Bickerstaff Heath Delgado Acosta LLP. She graduated from Texas Tech University and the University of Texas School of Law. Prior to joining Bickerstaff, Heath, Ms. Fryer was a member of the Texas State Board of Insurance, General Counsel to the Texas State Board of Insurance, and an Assistant Attorney General. She is Board Certified in the area of Administrative Law and focuses her practice on employment law, administrative law, and insurance regulatory matters.
