Learning Lab Accommodations and Accessibility

Hours: 1

This workshop will focus on assistive technology, accommodation services and tutoring strategies. Topics will include: Assistive hardware/equipment/software/tutorials; available equipment and who could benefit; universal design concepts; strategies for tutoring students with disabilities; basic guidelines, important legislation and what you need to know as a tutor, and; etiquette, language and additional tips.
