This workshop will give supervisors an overview about the issue of work exhaustion or burnout. It will provide you with the opportunity to explore the impact of burnout on employee absenteeism and turnover and to identify possible practical solutions to these problems. This workshop is presented by our EAP, Deer Oaks.
