Information session for administrative assistants of deans, department chairs and administrators to provide them with information about the services Instructional Development Services (IDS) and Instructional Computing & Technology (ICT) provide and to gather input about instructional and training needs.

We hope that by providing this information, you will be better able to direct the faculty and staff in your departments to the appropriate resources, services and staff that support teaching and learning.

In addition to receiving 1 ½ hours professional development credit, you will learn to:

• Identify services provided by IDS and ICT
• Determine which services may be applicable to your department needs
• Describe processes and procedures for securing related services
• Locate resources on the web
• Identify staff available to support your requests
