Student Services Counselors will be provided with a crisis intervention procedures update as used on ACC campuses. Counselors will be able to identify safe practices and emergency contact information. The pros and cons of No Harm Contracts will be discussed. Counselors will become familiar with ACC Police Department forms, language, and important identifying information, including the following: • No Harm Agreement • Mental Health Emergency Transport Form • Application for Emergency Detention • Law Enforcement Referral Form • Restraint Documentation Counselors and other Student Services personnel will participate in an open forum discussion, concluding with a question and answer period.
