SupSym: Making Sense of the PEP Process: How to Evaluate and Suport Your Staff

This workshop will discuss the in's and out's of the current PEP process, including how to best to assure that the evaluation experience is valuable to employees and to departments. Presenters will go over the current online form and will discuss suggestions for building on employee strengths, remedying weaknesses, addressing differing views of performance, and designing professional development plans.
