IT: IPUC: Informer Training Phase I - Orientation/Overview

Hours: 2

Informer Power User Certification (IPUC): IT-sponsored training on the Informer Web Reporting Tool. Phase I provides an overview of the Informer Web Reporting Tool, self-paced training videos, essential training documentation, and required IT security policies and procedures. Mandatory completion of this course and all provided training materials (including the self-paced training videos) is required prior to receiving Informer security access, and enrolling in Phase II/III.
