DEVED: Counseling and Advising: What is the difference?

Hours: 1.75

ACC provides additional guidance and support through intrusive advising and counseling to help students become college-ready. What is the difference in the services and assistance students receive who place in one or more developmental education courses? Stewart Sachers will facilitate a session about how this critical support affects students and the ways in which faculty can reinforce these efforts.
