GA11: Addressing Workplace Issues Using the Servant-Leadership Management Philosophy

Hours: 1.5

Designed for professional technical and classified staff, this workshop focuses on the basic tenets of Servant-Leadership and how to use the philosophy to address particular workplace issues. After a discussion of Servant-Leadership, participants will review and discuss a variety of common workplace scenarios.
