SDD12: Leadership through Appreciative Inquiry

Hours: 1.5

This workshop is designed for anyone at ACC in a leadership role or chairs a committee but everyone is invited since it would benefit anyone who serves the college. Instead of a deficit-based approach or identifying what is wrong with ACC, Appreciative Inquiry is a strengths-based approach to leadership, decision-making and continuous improvement that involves everyone at the college. SOAR (the AI alternative to SWOT) will also be presented.
