We are aware that all employees' Cybersecurity Awareness Training will expire 08/31/2021.

ALL mandatory training for new and current employees is suspended starting Monday, August 9, 2021 through November 1, 2021.
Employees will be able to resume training on Workday to fulfill compliance requirements after November 1, 2021.

More information will be sent to all staff and faculty soon.

SSSS: Threat Assessment Training

This workshop will focus specifically on when and how to conduct an individualized threat assessment and the pitfalls to avoid in making certain it is done correctly and legally. Questions that are relevant across campus -- such as, "How can you determine if a student is exhibiting threatening (vs. nuisance) behavior?" -- will be addressed as well as the steps to take to respond to a student threat. Proactive prevention strategies will also be discussed. Participants will leave with key elements to consider in policy and procedure development as they review their threat assessment protocol.
