Workshop & Event Registration v2.0

ACC faculty and staff will develop an integrated plan for student communications and engagement to help increase student retention and persistence. Participants will review and analyze current internal, student, and external communications in order to develop an integrated communications plan for how to strategically inform and educate new students about the college, beginning with their first contact and continuing throughout their college career. Sue Kirkland of Propeller Communications, an expert in developing communications strategies for community colleges, will facilitate the day’s discussions and exercises. The event is part of the First Year Experience (FYE), a Student Success Initiative program.
