ACC keeps growing, College offerings keep expanding, and students grow in numbers and diverse populations. An English faculty of over 140 members teaches at locations in six counties. Our students enter college with a new and diverse range of skills, expectations, and behaviors. Growing attrition rates mean risk in SACS reviews and in state and federal funding. Our English curriculum is evolving to offer more teaching and evaluation options for faculty. How can the services for English faculty and students evolve to allow us to meet all of these changes without compromising instructional standards? How can we all stay connected and keep informed?
