Do you know lack of time creates stress? Would you like to add an extra hour or two to your day? Discover the power of your breath to relieve stress, ease anxiety and calm your mind in a live and interactive session.
In the session participants will learn how to use breath to instantly get rid of stress and manage emotions - right from the home. Participants will learn and experience a couple of rejuvenating breathing techniques to reduce stress and improve energy levels. Participants will be guided to a live meditation to effortlessly cut the vicious cycle of thoughts, leaving mind focused, clear & stress-free. Participants learn about the tendencies of mind and how to overcome negative patterns using certain breathing techniques.
About the Presenter(s):
Selva Kumaraswamy currently serves as a founding principal for a consulting practice and as a CEO of an early stage deep-tech R&D startup. He is an entrepreneur, technologist, and advisor with over 22 years of software industry experience. Mr. Kumaraswamy is trained Breathing & Meditation expert and has been meditating for 20+ years.
