Workshop & Event Registration v2.0

This workshop uses Gibb's theory of communication climates as a way of teaching staff and faculty members how to reduce workplace conflict by adopting patterns of behavior that make for a supportive climate that is conducive to healthy communication.

A participant walks away with:

Learning how to adopt a more supportive approach to communication through strategies and tactics to manage the tricky undertones of workplace politics and the nuances of inter-office communication.

Presenter(s):

Terry Hunt has been teaching with ACC for 12 years in the Communication Department. Tim Appignani is in his second year with ACC, but has been teaching since 2005. Both have presented this session before after co-developing it.

This workshop will be held online during Spring Development Day. To access the workshop, go to the Spring Development Day webpage and click the "Connect" button on the day of the conference.
