Workshop & Event Registration v2.0

For the past several years, ACC has engaged in developing new equity-minded hiring practices for both full-time and adjunct faculty. This workshop will explain how these changes support ACC's goal of closing equity gaps in student outcomes and differ from traditional notions of "diversity". We'll review the research and answer participant questions.

Gaye Lynn, Sam, and Suzanne have been part of a Equity in Faculty Hiring Steering Committee since its inception and have worked to ensure that ACC's hiring processes result in a more diverse and inclusive college community.

This workshop will be held online during Spring Development Day. To access the workshop, go to the Spring Development Day webpage and click the "Connect" button on the day of the conference.
