Presenter(s):
Sara Farr is a computer artist and full-time faculty member in the Game Development, Animation, and Motion Graphics department, and have been teaching Photoshop at ACC for almost 20 years. She first worked with Photoshop back in 1993 at a small Austin game development studio, and she has been working with it ever since. She has published game art with both Electronic Arts and Disney Interactive.
In addition to teaching, she studies and performs improvisational comedy. She created the Puppet Improv Project to explore improvisation through puppetry, and use Photoshop to design all our shows. She has given talks on art and storytelling for a wide range of audiences at various academic, industry and social events, including Austin's Nerd Night. Yay NERDS!
