Is the format and functionality of Blackboard online discussion boards stifling the creativity of your students?
Do you get tired of seeing the same answers to your questions over and over again?
Do you get tired of coming up with these questions?
What if I could show you a different way...
I have tested numerous methods to get my students asking the questions, providing the content, and connecting with each other online. I have used Google Sites, Padlet, Wakelet, and Packback and it was quite a ride.
I can't wait to tell you all about it!

Kerri Pope has taught Humanities at Austin community college in the Philosophy, Religion and Humanities department for 10 years. She has presented on student engagement at numerous events, including but not limited to The Great Teaching Retreat, Digital Fellows, Digicon, DE Symposium, and previous Spring Development Days. Kerri has been teaching online for 9 years and has focused her training and research on ways to engage and enrich the student experience in her courses.
