We are aware that all employees' Cybersecurity Awareness Training will expire 08/31/2021.

ALL mandatory training for new and current employees is suspended starting Monday, August 9, 2021 through November 1, 2021.
Employees will be able to resume training on Workday to fulfill compliance requirements after November 1, 2021.

More information will be sent to all staff and faculty soon.

TLED: Office Hours with Zoom and Collaborate Ultra

Description:

This workshop is an introduction to using Collaborate and Zoom for virtual office hours with your students. Similarities and differences will be discussed.

Objectives:

Discuss the benefits and drawbacks of Collaborate Ultra and Zoom Meeting
Explain best practices when using either platform
Demonstrate how to set up office hours and recurring sessions for both platforms
Construct a office hours sign up sheet in Blackboard
Set up office hours slots in Google Calendar
