We are aware that all employees' Cybersecurity Awareness Training will expire 08/31/2021.

ALL mandatory training for new and current employees is suspended starting Monday, August 9, 2021 through November 1, 2021.
Employees will be able to resume training on Workday to fulfill compliance requirements after November 1, 2021.

More information will be sent to all staff and faculty soon.

Early Alert Training - Blackboard Retention Center

Summary

Research has shown that the best practice to retain students is to have early engagement and a community of connections. This asynchronous training will review the rationale and best practices behind ACC’s Early Alert program using Blackboard Retention Center to help increase early student engagement.

Once the training is completed, attendees will be able to:

Understand the Motivation Linked to Early Alert Connection.
Apply Best Practices of Blackboard Retention Center.
Create and Edit Blackboard Retention Center Rules.
Notify Students and Student Advisors for Help.
