Finding Your Oxygen: Keys to Worklife Balance and Success

You know the old adage - when theres a shortage of oxygen, we need to take care of ourselves first in order to better care for those around us. With our careers, families, and scheduling demands, this can be difficult to do; but implementing worklife balance practices can help improve our physical, emotional, and spiritual health and even help us live longer!

In this session, participants will learn about a wide range of wellness benefits offered by employers who know that employees are more likely to be on the job and performing well when in optimal physical and emotional health. Attendees will be encouraged to adopt some of these practices. Participants will leave refreshed and equipped with personal tools to deal with their stressors and the daily challenges of life.
