We are aware that all employees' Cybersecurity Awareness Training will expire 08/31/2021.

ALL mandatory training for new and current employees is suspended starting Monday, August 9, 2021 through November 1, 2021.
Employees will be able to resume training on Workday to fulfill compliance requirements after November 1, 2021.

More information will be sent to all staff and faculty soon.

FY20 HR TOOLBOX: Managing in a Multi-generational Workplace

Today’s workforce is composed of generations with different values and priorities. This session will identify the characteristics and key motivational factors of each generation. This session evaluates ways to effectively engage and motivate each generation. Explore commonalities and discuss differences to build strong teams while bridging the generational gap. When you leave this session you should be able to • Identify common areas of conflict between generations • Determine ways to motivate each generation • Effectively communicate across generations • Create a plan to manage multiple generations successfully
