This energetic seminar approaches communication in the context of building productive workplace relationships in order to gather, process and transmit information which is essential to the well being of the organization. Effective listening, the first step in artful communication, is covered, as are assertiveness, diplomacy, and tact. Different strategies will be explored for transmitting and receiving messages.
