|This class is offered as a self-paced course in Blackboard. Enrollment is a two step process.
1. Enrolling through this database by selecting the enrollment button below.
2. Manual enrollment in Blackboard by Faculty Development Coordinator.
A Faculty Development Coordinator will be notified automatically by this database when you enroll. The Coordinator will then enroll you in the Blackboard course.
The enrollment process takes up to two business days to complete.
This self-paced online orientation provides tools and resources that faculty need to successfully navigate their first year of teaching at ACC. There is an emphasis on creating an inclusive and equity minded learning environment, designing a student centered syllabus, building relationships with support services, and establishing community in the classroom.
