In Fall 2015, a new career band pay structure was implemented for ACC classified and professional-technical staff. This workshop will explain details on the career band structure including the salary placement process for new hires and current employees applying for other positions in the College. Suggestions on how to grow a career at ACC will also be covered. Presented by the HR Compensation Team.
