|This is a roundtable discussion about Chancellor Rhodes’ 3 Cs initiative. The initiative aims to improve ACC’s climate by asking all employees to focus on COLLABORATION, CONNECTION, and CARING in their work with students, colleagues, and supervisors.
We are seeking input to develop tools & resources on the 3 Cs. This interactive, online session will allow you to engage in important leadership work. You’ll collaborate with a small group of colleagues to explore the 3 Cs and create resources that will help all ACC employees reflect on how to bring these values into their work.
We will aim to complete our work in 45 minutes, but are blocking an hour to make room for additional discussion for those who want it.
Participants who complete the session will be able to:
- Name the Chancellor’s priority that relates to the 3 Cs work
- Define each of the 3 Cs
- Give personal examples of how they can demonstrate the 3 Cs in their own work
- Distinguish between promising and unhelpful interactions (between employees and between employees and supervisors)
We look forward to the opportunity to learn from you about how to make ACC an even better place to work and learn. This opportunity will be limited to the first 50 employees who respond. Please select one of the sessions below to reserve your space.
You will be invited to a zoom meeting once you enroll.
If you have any questions, please email Missi Patterson (firstname.lastname@example.org).
There was so much interest, we have increased the number of sessions because our first sessions filled so quickly. We will now be able to accommodate more people. There is still limited availability, so PLEASE ONLY SIGN UP FOR ONE SESSION.
