Did you know ACC Employees have FREE access to Lynda.com? The website provides a wide range of skills available for viewing and PD credit. This workshop will help the **NEW** user: register for lynda.com, learn how to easily navigate the site, and master the basics of how to take advantage of the vast library of professional development webinars on lynda.com.

Users will leave with an active account, guidance to a learning pathway for the employee, and a deeper understanding on how to own your "growth" (Personal Development) into a mindset of continuous learning and development (Professional Development).

Vanessa Medina-Flores is the Professional Development Designer, Technology Trainer and Technologist Lead for Office of Human Resources ,Staff Professional Development and Evaluations Office at Austin Community College. She is the Campus Master Admin for Lynda.com and can help anyone get started quickly.
