Open Mike: Options & Opportunities for Digital Learning at ACC

Hours: 1.5

Join the Teaching & Learning Excellence Division (TLED) for an energizing conversation with Dr. Casey Green on options and opportunities for digital learning at ACC.

Dr. Casey Green is the founding director of The Campus Computing Project, the largest continuing study of the role of computing, eLearning, and information technology in American higher education. Campus Computing is widely cited by both campus officials and corporate executives as a definitive source for data, information, and insight about key information technology planning and policy issues that affect U.S. colleges and universities.

In addition to his work on Campus Computing, Green also serves as the director of the new Digital Fellows Project of the Association of Chief Academic Officers (ACAO). The project is designed to provide provosts and other chief academic officers (CAOs) with critical information, effective resources, and tested strategies to help CAOs and their faculty understand and adopt high quality digital courseware.
