| This is a roundtable discussion about Chancellor Rhodes’ 3 Cs initiative. The initiative aims to improve ACC’s climate by asking all employees to focus on COLLABORATION, CONNECTION, and CARING in their work with students, colleagues, and supervisors.
We are seeking input to develop tools & resources on the 3 Cs. This interactive, online session will allow you to engage in important leadership work. You’ll collaborate with a small group of colleagues to explore the 3 Cs and create resources that will help all ACC employees reflect on how to bring these values into their work.
We will aim to complete our work in 45 minutes, but are blocking an hour to make room for additional discussion for those who want it.
Participants who complete the session will be able to:
- Name the Chancellor’s priority that relates to the 3 Cs work
- Define each of the 3 Cs
- Give personal examples of how they can demonstrate the 3 Cs in their own work
- Distinguish between promising and unhelpful interactions (between employees and between employees and supervisors)
