The most prominent error relates to data length violation errors on ADDRESS.LINES array. Line 1s frequently exceed the 30-character length . An ADDRESS report will be sent to the Registrar for review and recommendations for data cleanup strategy.

Extensive number of conversion string errors associated with RCPT.EXPIRE.DATES in the CASH.RCPTS file. The Financials departments not in attendance at today's meeting. Will need to meet with the appropriate contact and analyze the source of the problem and proposed recommendation for cleanup.

Email Address - Data Length Issue

Maximum length of email addresses allowed in Colleague is 50 characters. One student has an ACC-generated email address length of 51 characters. There are a couple of suggestions for ways to ensure that a maximum of 50 characters is allowed at creation time. The Committee urged Andrew and Lara to make an executive decision and put modification in place.

New Restriction Code

Admissions & Records, on behalf of the International Students Office and the English Speakers of Other Languages department, and in order to support the Intensive English Program, is requesting the creation of a new code 7 Restriction code. The code requested is IEP. Further information will be presented within 24 hours (of the CORE meeting). The Committee approved the addition of the new code.

New HR Benefits Validation Codes

Shortly after the CORE meeting, HR Benefits requested additions to two validation code tables, BENDED.TYPES and ERS.LINES. Because of the urgent nature of the request, discussion was conducted via email on August 1. The request was approved and put into Colleague Live on August 3, 2016.
