Item # 1:	Approve September Minutes

Item # 2:	Shared Governance Review Survey
Presenter	Theresa Harkins
Discussion	Theresa announced a committee that is re-evaluating shared governance committees. WAC has a survey to complete and submit by December. Theresa and Edward will complete the survey and share with WAC before submission

Item # 3:	Mobile App

Discussion	Marketing is working with David Fretwell on mobile app logos and art work. Still working on performance issues with Ellucian.

Item # 4:	Web Redesign Pilot Test Results

Discussion	Edward shared new website feedback and statistics with the committee. It appears that the new design is pleasing to most and Marketing did a great job with research and focus groups. The new site is scheduled to deploy on November 11. 2013

Item # 5:	Roundtable: Creative Commons

Discussion	Edward presented this subject for discussion: Creative Commons (CC) is a non-profit organization headquartered in Mountain View, California, United States, devoted to expanding the range of creative works available for others to build upon legally and to share. The organization has released several copyright-licenses known as Creative Commons licenses free of charge to the public. These licenses allow creators to communicate which rights they reserve, and which rights they waive for the benefit of recipients or other creators. This is good for education and discussion resulted in: ''It is always better to err on the side of caution''

Discussion	Edward featured Utah Valley University and the work they have done to provide WEB related resources: https://www.uvu.edu/web/. this site contains documentation, training information, contact information, service descriptions, and a community blog to promote discussion, improve support, and help for everyone who works with the web. Edward would like to provide a site similar to this for ACC.
