Records Retention schedules probably provide a key as to which records can be archived/deleted.
Fernanda will be attending a Communications Management class soon.
Enrollment Management, Human Resources, and Admissions & Records have expressed interest in learning more about CM. It was also mentioned that Marketing might benefit from training in the Colleague Communications Management utility.
