Quick Follow Ups on Recruitment module, QAS, and Informer Performance

ACC is waiting to hear back from Ellucian about a demo date for their Recruitment module. November 14 was the date proposed by ACC on the availability of Admissions & Records and Enrollment Management.
QAS provided some training documentation to assist ACC with moving forward with QAS Pro on the NAE and ADR screens. Andrew will make sure that Admissions & Records, and interested members of the CORE Committee receive the documentation.
ACC and Entrinsik are in constant communication regarding the optimization of performance for Entrinsik Informer. The most recent version of Informer (4.3) is set to be installed on the evening of Monday, September 24.

IT is assisting with the Purchasing department's project to incorporate ACH payments to vendors with vendor email addresses. It is a little unclear what the status of the project is.

Theresa was not able to attend the CORE meeting and present the request. The CORE Committee consensus was that the request to make the Employee (i.e. 'ACC') email the preferred email account was an issue that involved only IT and HR.

The next batch of Ellucian/Colleague software updates is scheduled for Fri., October 5. The next scheduled cloning of Collive to Coltest is scheduled for Sat., October 13.
