Discussion	June minutes were approved

Item # 2:	Mobile App Status Update

Discussion	Theresa announced that we are finally through the contractual issues between purchasing and apple. We can now move forward with a beta launch of the ACCmobile app. Licensing Developer's license for Apple, Windows, and Android Question: Educational license for practice development for use by departments? Question: Training? -- Ellucian ACC is considering going out for bid on a replacement for Elluican products. This has resulted in a stop on upgrades for all Ellucian products including the soon to be released mobile app. Plans to have a student portal deployed from the company seem questionable at best based on the information presented.

Item # 3:	Wordpress demo

Discussion	A problem with the server room resulted in powering off the server needed for this demo. Edward entertained a Q&A session about this subject. Questions centered around: * Plugin-in repositories and documentation. * Editing themes * Having a common theme for use with an editable header.

Item # 4:	Web redesign update

Discussion	WAC was updated on the timeline of the web redesign project along with other content and design status updates.

Item # 5:	FY14 Meeting Schedule

Discussion	Theresa announced that the FY14 WAC meeting schedule was set, on the Administrative Meeting Calendar, and rooms for the year had been reserved.

Discussion	Library Services demonstrated a new search on the Library website. Users can specify what type of media/content the wish to have returned.
