Item # 1:	Approval of February Meeting Minutes

Discussion	Committee reviewed and approved February 2013 minutes.

Item # 2:	Update on Ellucian Self Service
Presenter	Theresa Harkins
Discussion	Ellucian Self Service is an update or a possible replacement for Online Services (Ellucian WebAdvisor). The product seems it is competing with the Civitas Learning advising module that was demonstrated to faculty and staff earlier in the month.

Item # 3:	Update on Ellucian Mobile App
Presenter	Theresa Harkins
Discussion	App development is coming along with David Fretwell leading the project. As this point the app can view a students course schedule and view grades that were given. Ellucian is moving toward the search register and pay for class capabilities as the end goal. Communication and awareness issues were raised and need to be addressed by Marketing.

Item # 4:	Web redesign project update

Discussion	Edward Terry presented a project update to the PLT. The projects timeline was pushed out to October 2013. The PLT also requested a visual update to the Online Course schedule.

Item # 5:	Administrative Rule 3.05.002 Use of College Information Systems

Discussion	Draft of the updated version of Administrative Rule 3.05.002 Use of College Information Systems has been submitted for review with updated language.
