Item # 1:	Approve November Minutes

Discussion	Minutes were approved

Item # 2:	AskACC statistics and snipped Question Box
Presenter	Theresa Harkins
Discussion	Talked about adding a snippet question box linking to AskACC for several websites. Discussion led to questioning the need for AskACC. A cost is involved to provide the snippet tool and we could not justify spending another $20,000 for that functionality. After further research, it was determined that we will sunset AskACC when the new website is launched. New search capabilities and maintenance of keywords for searching ACC's website should provide users with the information they are seeking.

Item # 3:	Help Desk Website re-design
Presenter	Theresa Harkins
Discussion	Theresa announced that the Help Desk was working with IRT for assistance in redesigning the Help Desk website. No progress has been made so far.

Item # 4:	Website Redesign Project Update: Design Mockup Preview

Item # 5:	Website Redesign Project Update: Communications update

Discussion	Marketing will be putting together a ''Facstaff Digest'' in which the first college-wide communications about the web redesign project will be outlined. This si to be released in early February.
