Instructional Webserver
Presenter
Edward Terry / Maria Youngman
Discussion
Content that cannot be placed within the Drupal CMS, Wordpress CMS, or Google Sites platform will require a web server to be hosted on. This will necessitate the implementation of a web-server that will house instructional content. Maria Youngman and the ACC's Blackboard Administrator, Seth Wilkerson have been working within their department to provide a plan that may allow this to happen. Progress will be communicated to the WAC when available.
Item # 4:
Plan for content migration
Presenter
Edward
Discussion
Edward identified his multi-phase plan. Concerns were on required conversion efforts for large websites. Committee members were assured that they, as committee members, will participate in defining the conversion procedures for each of the groups identified by Edward, as well as defining timelines.
