Item # 1:	Approve Minutes of February 2nd, 2024 meeting

Discussion	The minutes were approved.

Item # 2:	Blackboard Ultra Transition Update
Presenter	Stephanie Long
Discussion	Transition committee meets every other Friday. Blackboard Ultra Roadshows have begun and will appear at each campus. Documentation is being created by the Office of Distance and Alternative Education to assist in the transition to Ultra. Starting Summer 2024, we will have a chance to see and access Ultra. The transition will happen in Summer 2025. Summer 2025 and every semester after that will be exclusively in Ultra. Ultra will be more user friendly than Learn and will be easier for students to use. QM requirements will remain the same with Ultra.

Item # 3:	DE Strategic Plan, Working Groups Update
Presenter	Stephanie Long
Discussion	There have been two working group meetings to draft the strategic plan outline. The last meeting focused on “if you could have anything for this what would it be?”. A draft will be available soon. Any contributions are welcome.

Item # 4:	Elect Next Co-Chair
Presenter	Jack O’Grady
Discussion	Rachael Barrera was nominated and accepted the nomination. Paula King was nominated but declined the nomination. Rachael Barrera was elected with 18 votes for yes.
