- Issues of Adjunct looking motivation with process. It appears that top people are getting assignments. Recommendation was to discuss the workflow with the specific Dean/Department Chair
- Experienced members of the team volunteered to talk over the process or answer questions on the workflow of assignments with Deans/Department Chairs
- Casey explained: Assignment loop only recommends DC can select sections to assign. They can select as many up to the limit of the LEH. If they select one per person, the loop will only allow 1 run through and the remaining assignments will have to be done via another method. Other methods include the remaining tab or through Colleague.
- Draw order is established by the system
- Casey reported on IT's experience with the tickets logged in Mojo
o During 6 week process, 7 questions general processing questions, 2 system maintenance questions, (re opening window/dept name changes), 4 access requests,
o 43 section marked fully assigned when they should not have, assignment Updates were applied during staffing causing discrepancies. Solution was to contact Dean to reserve sections and reprocess them manually.

- Workday implications are still being researched
- Estaffing redesign was postponed due to resource and workday commitments but Casey is back on track working with the UI/UX Intern Cameron Primm
