Item # 1:	Approval of minutes from Sept 10, 2021 DE Committee meeting.

Discussion	The Minutes were approved.

Discussion	100 are already registered. Select the workshops that you are interested in.

Item # 3:	DE Live Proctoring

Discussion	ACC proctors went live for fall. Students should consider scheduling two weeks out. They will receive a scheduling email. Respondus Monitor will still be available. ProctorU will be phased out.

Item # 4:	Ad-Hoc Committee Assignments

Discussion	An invitation was sent out to the committee. Larry would like for members to participate in one ad-hoc committee. Each ad-hoc committee should have an initial meeting before the end of the fall semester. A preliminary draft can be presented at the February meeting.

Item # 5:	QM Course Data Excel file to be distributed to committee members via ACC Gmail account.

Discussion	QM is designed for online courses but the principles can be applied to other modes. Erasmus and April will design a new data spreadsheet. Erasmus proposed a new ad hoc committee to establish some parameters for data outcomes.

Item # 6:	New Business/Topics for future meetings

Discussion	Invite Mike Midgley to the spring meeting and present the Chancellor’s Priorities.
