Item # 4:	Elect Co-chair for FY 2022

Discussion	Al Purcell was elected as co-chair. It is a two year commitment.

Item # 5:	Recommendations – blackboard preload prior to class start

Discussion	Larry will add a google document for concerns and comments. He will request that members form an ad hoc committee to review. A meeting will be held in the summer to vote on recommendations.

Item # 6:	Distance Education Modalities

Discussion	This item will be addressed in the fall. Sean Moran will share the results of the pilot project.
