Item # 1:	Distance Faculty Evaluation
Presenter	Terry Stewart Mouchayleh
Discussion	Terry Stewart Mouchayleh was present – Committee discussed: Return rate of student evaluations and ways to increase numbers and strategies for increasing student participation. Process for getting information out to students. Terry Stewart Mouchayleh mentioned that Class Climate will be used in the fall. Current questions on the Distance Learning Faculty evaluation instrument. Committee to look at current form and determine how to proceed.

Discussion	Continue 11/19 discussion review of support services for DL faculty and students and make recommendations to appropriate college support areas.

Item # 3:	Administrative Rules recommendations

Discussion	Robert provided an update on Administrative Rules recommendations from DLC.

Item # 4:	DLC SWOT Update

Discussion	Robert updated the committee on the DL SWOT / SSR process.
