Item # 1:	Review Committee membership and recommend any changes to committee structure to be submitted to the ASAC
Presenter	April Whalen
Discussion	The committee motioned to adopt the changes. Please see the shared google drive for the additions and changes that will be submitted to ASAC. Upon approval, the changes will go back to the shared governance review council. It will then go to the president for final approval. We estimate the new membership will be in effect for the FY 2021 year.

Item # 2:	Testing Center IP Restrictions

Item # 3:	Faculty / Student Help Desk Discussion

Discussion	Distance Education developed two knowledge bases for faculty and students. The link is for faculty: https://de.austincc.edu/support/. The student link is https://de.austincc.edu/bbsupport/. DE is exploring options for 24/7 Blackboard support.
