Item # 1:	Approval of the last Task force meeting minutes

Discussion	Approved by the Task Force

Item # 2:	Program Review
Presenter	Denise White
Discussion	Reed and Denise came up with goals and objectives for IPR. Denise will send out survey results for all to review. Next task force meeting will discuss goals and outcomes of IPR.

Item # 3:	Summer Schedule
Presenter	Dr. Reed Peoples
Discussion	Address any changes for the Summer schedule and selection of classes. Any changes should be sent to Mrs. Katy Gott.

Item # 4:	Fall Schedule

Discussion	Address any changes for the Fall schedule and selection of classes. Any changes should be sent to Mrs. Katy Gott.

Item # 5:	Block Schedule

Discussion	The college is now offering block scheduling for the upcoming Fall semester.

Item # 6:	ACNT 1303 Syllabus

Discussion	The new grant in Management revived the Acnt 1303 class and the need to change the course based on the grant. Dr. Peoples will develop the course and teach it for a semester.

Item # 7:	ACNT 2330 All Online

Discussion	Dr. Peoples suggested to move the classroom section of Acnt 2330 to an online section giving Sheila 2 online sections of Acnt 2330. Task Force agreed to this request.

Item # 8:	Upper Division Accounting Courses Assignments
Presenter	Dr. Reed Peoples
Discussion	With the new hire and Mr. Voss retiring, full time faculty will decide what classes they would like to teach. Jay Thibodeaux will be the new Assistant Department chair presiding over the Accounting Technician program, Larry will be taking over Acnt 2304 and the load for the new full time faculty member would depend of the needs of the department.
