Item # 1:	Approval of October Minutes

Discussion	Minutes approved

Item # 2:	CE website Launch
Presenter	Abraham Nasser
Discussion	Abraham showcased his new CE website. This site went live on Friday, 11/11/11.

Item # 3:	Brief about Ask ACC committee meeting
Presenter	Deanna Garcia
Discussion	Small group from initial meeting will meet before the Winter break. Vendor will be available to answer questions. Deanna is currently evaluating current solutions and recommending improvements to current content owners. Will continue to report status to the WAC

Item # 4:	Demo of Cloudlock - Google Apps and sharing content
Presenter	Theresa and Lara
Discussion	Lara Niles showcased Cloudlock. a to0l used by IT to help keep faculty and staff aware of the documents they have shared with the public. Still learning all of the functionality. Will continue to report to WAC.

Item # 5:	ACC Marketplace updates
Presenter	Cheryl Coe
Discussion	The ACC Marketplace is an e-commerce system that allows college departments to sell official college products or services online using a credit card payment. A department wanting to set up a uStore must obtain approval from their vice president and submit a request form to MarketPlace@austincc.edu.

Item # 6:	Round Table Discussion

Discussion	Edward Terry talked about a new tool, Silverback. Users' actions on ACC's website can be monitored for where they go. Their audio comments can be monitored as well as their physical reactions. It is a tool that can be used by anyone wanting to assess the effectiveness of their websites. Items for next meeting: Google Calendar for ACC homepage ACC Mobile site review
