Item # 1:	Training Module
Presenter	Kirk White
Discussion	Discussion: 1. Goals for Post Test. 2. Supervisors information 3. Garson County College request for Module use. Action: 1. Goal is to have two versions of the Post Test and to switch them out after designated period of time. 2. Training Module has gone to Susan Hamende and will be linked to Professional Development, Employee – supervisor module and staff module. 3. All agreed that Garson County College or any college would have the use of the module without charge, if ACC would get the recognition for the module and possibly trade information on immunization or topic at hand.

Item # 2:	Child Care
Presenter	Eileen Klein
Discussion	Discussion: Child Care facility at Eastview Campus requested Eileen input for HIPAA safeguards. Issues related to taking pictures of children in the facility by ACC students for the purpose of classroom assignments was discussed. Action: The committee recommendation 1. To use only Polaroid camera (no digital) to take the pictures of the children. 2. Recommended for the teacher to include information with student assignment for the purpose of the handling pictures of the assigned child/children 3. Recommend that facility develop students signature agreement not to reproduce the pictures, remove the picture from the facility and/or return picture to child's files in the day care after the assignment was completed. 4. Recommended security rules to be set up for the safety of each of the children in the day care such as pictures, vital information, etc.

Item # 3:	Policy and Procedure Manual

Discussion	Discussion: HIPAA Compliance Manuel and budget for the purchase of template. Possible HIPAA P&P Template Vendors list was distributed for committee review and discussed. Action: Becky Cole will purchase the Micro Tek HIPAA Compliance Kit CD at $400.00. This will be used along with Sans on line, University of Florida and Rene Cornet's Product she purchased for Dental Hygiene.

Item # 4:	Fall Compliance Visits

Discussion	Discussion: Last compliance visit. Action: The new compliance visit, will be performed by, those who did not visit the programs last time. Eileen will send out assignments and list of programs in August.
