Item # 2:	Continue Discussion - Google Sites vs. regular website requirements

Discussion	Committee agreed that google sites should be used by departments and that ACC sites would be used for more global sites with limited webmasters. Committee also wanted terminology to be clear and to establish use guidelines for both Google and ACC websites. Write and/or modify web use guidelines to clarify terminology and include Google sites.

Item # 3:	WEB Redesign 2011-2012 Update

Item # 4:	OS Main page redesign

Discussion	Cing. This new page will allow faculty to be redirected to a separate server. this will help reduce load on servers during peak days Committee agreed to use new Online Services Main page presented at the meeting. This new page will allow faculty to be redirected to a separate server. this will help reduce load on servers during peak days Site has been tested for accessibility. Maria Youngman asked if it had been tested for color blind users. She agreed to send some test links to Jim Malmors. Item # 5:	ToucnNet Marketplace update

Discussion	Cheryl Coe will get with Edward to work on the design for the Market Place website. Questions asked are: Can a link to TouchNet Market Place be placed on the ACC home page? If not, how will users find the link? Edward suggested that individual areas utilizing the MarketPlace would put the link on their sites. Discussion will continue at future WAC meetings Questions were asked about accessibility of MarketPlace. Touchnet's response will be shared with the WAC group once it is created. Edward and Cheryl will work on MarketPlace web page design

Discussion	Request to create a Google Group for WAC committee discussions between meetings Theresa will create a WAC group and share with committee members Make the link for HELP more prominent on the ACCMail login page. Also separate help for students and help for staff. ACCMail changes will be presented at the June Meeting
