Discussion	Nothing new to report. Programming still working on implementation issues

Item # 3:	UNIFIED COMMUNICATIONS PROJECT (GOOGLE MAIL)

Discussion	Theresa reported status of Staff Email Conversion Project.

Item # 4:	HOUSE BILL 2504 PROJECT

Discussion	Application named Lighthouse is live. Mike Midgley has announced for faculty to begin using this tool to meet the requirements of House Bill 2504.

Item # 5:	HIGHER ED OPPORTUNITY ACT: TEXTBOOKS WAC REQUEST
Presenter	IT Programming
Discussion	Programming is working on providing solutions to requests from previous meeting. Waiting for faculty training and notification to go live.

Item # 6:	NEW ONLINE COURSE SCHEDULE

Discussion	Programming still working on performance improvements. Should go live in the next 2 or 3 weeks.

Item # 7:	DATATEL MOBILE APPLICATION (MOX)
Presenter	Theresa Harkins
Discussion	This software has been released by Datatel. The project is on hold pending budget approval to move forward with a portal.

Item # 8:	Social Media Guidelines
Presenter	KC Caliz
Discussion	KC talked about Social Media at ACC. She presented a draft of Social Media Guidelines that have been developed. These guidelines are for faculty/staff/student groups to follow if their social media presence could be construed as college-affiliated. The url to the guidelines is: http://irt.austincc.edu. Item # 9:	TUTORIALS FOR NEW WEB TEMPLATES

Discussion	Ed talked about his new ACC web templates and directed users to the tutorials on how to use them: How to use ACC's web templates: Basic Steps Cracking the Code Special Features Questions Answered! Item # 10:	RESOURCE 25 UPDATE

Discussion	Cypress Creek Campus just went live with Resource 25. RGC, NRG, and RVS will go live during the Fall semester.

Item # 11:	WEB DOMAIN RE-STRUCTURE PROJECT UPDATE

Discussion	Ed announced that there has been further discussion on restructuring ACC's web domains. He conducted a sub-committee meeting immediately following the WAC.

Item # 12:	FY11 COMMITTEE MEMBERSHIP AND MEETING TIMES
