Student Learning Outcomes/Learning Objectives

In addition to learning and understanding project management objectives, processes, tools and techniques, the student will be engaged through team work, meeting scheduled milestones, utilization of  presentation skills, writing and communications skills, analysis of real project cases, development of complete project plans, as well as summarization and evaluation of project and people performance. In addition the student will have the opportunity to learn the usage of basic word processing, spread sheet, and power point tools and Microsoft Project 2007 in dealing with the project management process.
